About Compare Domains
How do I compare two domain lists?
Compare Domains finds what two lists share and what each has alone. Paste two lists to get three results: only in the first, in both, and only in the second. Matching ignores letter case and extra spaces. It runs in your browser, and each result copies on its own or exports to one CSV.
How to use it
- Paste the first list and the second list, one domain per line. Rename the labels if you like.
- Read the three columns: only in the first list, common to both, only in the second.
- Copy any column, or export all three to one CSV.
Data and limits
- Where it runs
- In your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
- Matching
- Exact names after trimming and lowercasing. URLs and www. are not stripped, so run messy input through the Domain Cleaner first.
- Cost
- Free. No account and no verification step.
Questions
What can I use Compare Domains for?
Find names that dropped out between two portfolio exports, check a sales list against what you own, or see which names on a watchlist are already in your account.
Does letter case matter?
No. Names are lowercased and trimmed before matching. Repeated names count once.
