About CamelCase Editor

How do I split domain names into words and camelCase them?

The CamelCase Editor splits each domain into its words and rewrites it in readable camelCase, so bestcoffeeshop.com becomes BestCoffeeShop.com. Paste up to 100,000 names, fix any split by hand, and export the original, the camelCase version, the words, and a confidence score. Sellers use it for landers, marketplace listings, and outreach lists.

How to use it

  1. Paste domains, one per line.
  2. Complete the quick verification. Large lists run in batches of 2,000.
  3. Review the splits in Manual Edits and correct any word boundary.
  4. Export the results to CSV, or open Portfolio Summary for the word and category breakdown.

Questions

Why write domain names in camelCase?

Domains are not case-sensitive, so BestCoffeeShop.com and bestcoffeeshop.com are the same address. Capitalizing each word makes a name easier to read on a lander, a listing, or a business card, and harder to misread.

Does camelCase change how the domain works?

No. DNS ignores letter case. The camelCase form is for display only.

What if a name splits the wrong way?

Correct it in Manual Edits. Your version is used in the export.
